David Moore joins the discussion from the contractor side as he is the General Manager of Marketing and Business Development for Pella Windows and Doors Dallas Fort Worth. He attended undergrad at Drake University and Graduate School at Northwestern University. Moore has spent his 25+ career in marketing & sales leadership roles with Ethan Allen Inc. & Pella Corporation. Joined Pella Windows & Doors, Dallas – Fort Worth in 2018. Served as Pella Corporation’s representative for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), NARI & the Remodeler’s Futures Program (Harvard)  for many years.

Chris Rice
Director of Enterprise Sales

Chris Rice has been a Sales Manager with improveit 360 since 2016.  With over 20 years of sales experience spanning advertising, Heathcare It and SaaS sales management. In his current role, he takes a highly consultative approach to help home improvement companies see how improveit 360 can streamline processes and increase sales.   With a passion for helping others succeed, the best part of his job is having the opportunity to speak to business owners to help them better understand the positive impact the right technology can have.
