Document Routing

- Use Email Links
- Enabling Use Email Links will present users with a screen to select links to various websites, brochures, videos etc. that they can send to a customer along with a contract. You must choose which links to present to a user in the Email Links app section. Also, you must include the placeholder ##brochures## in the Email HTML section where the links will appear in the sent email. See Email Links for more information.
- Show Verify Email Alert
- Turn this feature on to generate a pop-up box each time a rep goes to send a contract. This box generates a prompt to verify the customer’s email address. If disabled the document will be sent immediately after pressing the Send button without verifying the email address.
- Require Email
- When selected, this feature will not allow a user to send documents without a customer email address.
- Require Phone
- When selected, this feature will not allow a user to send documents without a customer phone number.
- Disable Review Button
