Credit Applications

The Credit Applications section allows you to manage generic and partner credit applications. SalesPro integrates with a multitude of lenders. For other non-integrated lenders, a generic credit application can still be filled out and submitted through the SalesPro app, however the credit application would need to be processed outside of SalesPro.     

Adding a Partner Credit App

  1. To add a partner credit application click the Add New button.
  2. Select the Partner you’d like to add.

  3. SalesPro will automatically assign the credit application to you current office .

Adding a Generic Credit App

  1. To add a generic credit application click the Add New button.
  2. Select From Scratch.
  3. SalesPro will automatically assign the credit application to the current office.

Adding a Credit App Disclosure

This feature is only available for Generic Credit Applications.

Hover over the Generic Credit Application and select the Edit icon.

Select File and Disclosure This allows you to edit the disclosure that is displayed at the end of the credit application.

Reorder Credit Applications

To reorder credit applications simply drag and drop in the order they should appear then click the Save Order button.

Application Pipeline

The Application Pipeline displays at the bottom of the iPad application in the Credit Application section. Tapping into this area will display a list of submitted credit applications. These applications are color coded green, yellow, and red. Green means the application has been accepted by the lender, yellow means the application is still pending and red means the application has been declined.
