Email Links

Email links allows users to add to the body of the email they send with a contract or proposal to include links to various websites, brochures, videos, etc. You can configure the app to display a list of email links right before a user sends a contract, proposal, or other document. In order for Email links to work properly inside of the Leap app, you must turn on Use Email Links in the Contract Sending and/or Proposal Sending section(s) and also have a “##brochures##” placeholder added somewhere in the Email HTML.

Placeholder
The placeholder that will appear for each email link selected inside of the app. Leap will take each link selected by the user and create a string of text from the Placeholder field by replacing “[link]” with the “Link” (URL), and “[linkname]” with the Link Name of the selected Email Link. It will then replace the “##brochures##” text in the Email HTML with these selected links. If no Placeholder is specified, Leap will use the default placeholder shown in the above image, which will generate a bulleted list.

To add a new email link, click the Responsive image button.
