Total Sale Amount

The Total Sale Amount in the Results section can be pulled over from a signed contract or proposal. Doing so saves the rep from having to remember exactly what the job sold for and having to reenter the currency value in the Results section. To set this up follow these steps:

  1. Edit the document that contains the payment section.
  2. Click on the Currency or Formula Currency cell that will contain the Total Sale Amount. This will be the total amount including any discounts and/or tax.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Switch on the Is Total Sale Amount switch.

  6. Confirm that your results section has an input for ‘Total Sale Amount’.
