LeadPerfection

The LeadPerfection integration allows the following information to be exchanged with Leap:
  • Documents
  • Credit Applications
  • Results
  • Appointments

LeadPerfection Steps

  1. Activate the LeadPerfection integration.
  2. Add LeadPerfection login credentials.
  3. Configure document routing rules.
  4. Configure Results routing rules.
  5. Configure Credit App Sending rules.

Activate the LeadPerfection Integration

To activate the LeadPerfection integration, you will need to enter your LeadPerfection Client Id and URL. The URL is the website used to login to the account. The Client Id is the beginning part of the URL between “https://” and “.leadperfection.com/”. It generally consists of two letters and two numbers. (I.e. ab12)
  1. Go to Workflow > CRM and Appointments.
  2. Toggle on the LeadPerfection switch.
  3. Enter your LeadPerfection Client Id.
  4. Enter your LeadPerfection URL.

Add LeadPerfection Login Credentials

In order for Leap to pull individual Sales Reps’ appointments, you will need to add their LeadPerfection credentials to their individual user profiles.
  1. Go to Company > Users.
  2. Scroll down to the credentials section.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. Select LeadPerfection from Endpoint dropdown.
  5. Enter the User’s LeadPerfection Username and Password.

Configure Document Routing Rules

Leap will upload any documents such as Contracts, Proposals, or Custom Documents sent from the Leap application to LeadPerfection. The following steps are for Contract Routing. The same steps apply to Proposal Routing or any other document type.
  1. Go to Workflow > Document Routing.
  2. Toggle the LeadPerfection toggle to “on”.
  3. Create a default file name by adding a File Name.
  4. Create a default file description by adding a File Description.
  5. Add Backup Recipients email addresses. In the event a document fails to upload to LeadPerfection, the app will send an email to all email addresses listed in Backup Recipients. This email will include the attachment that failed to upload to LeadPerfection, as well as the customer information and a brief description of why it failed to upload.

Configure Results Routing Rules

Leap allows Sales Reps to result an appointment in the App and have the results automatically updated in LeadPerfection. Leap will also generate a Results report with a summary of the estimate. The following information for results will be updated: LeadPerfection Dispositions: Leap will pull the Lead Result dispositions entered in LeadPerfection for sales reps to select. (For Example: Demo Not Sold, Demo Maybe, etc..) LeadPerfection Product (1 – 5): Leap will pull a list of products entered in LeadPerfection for the sales reps to select. You can enter up to 5 lines for the rep to enter.
    1. Go to Workflow > Results Routing.
    2. Toggle the LeadPerfection toggle to “on”
    3. Create a default file name by adding a File Name.
    4. Create a default file description by adding a File Description.
    5. Add Backup Recipients email addresses. In the event a document fails to upload to LeadPerfection, the app will send an email to all email addresses listed in Backup Recipients.   1. In the No Sale and Sales sections click Add once, this will create 1 row to pull in the dispositions from LeadPerfection.
  2. Add LeadPerfection Dispositions.
    1. Enter a Title. Example: Appointment Result.
    2. Change the Input Type to LeadPerfection Dispositions.
    3. Toggle the Required switch to make this field required.

Configure Credit App Sending Rules

Leap will upload any credit applications sent from the application to LeadPerfection.
  1. Go to Finance > Credit App Sending.
  2. Select LeadPerfection from the API drop-down menu.
  3. Add a Disclosure to appear to the customer when signing the credit application.
  4. Add a Password to protect the credit application. Only users with the password will be able to open the credit application.
  5. Create a default file name by adding a File Name.
  6. Create a default file description by adding a File Description.
  7. Add Backup Recipients email addresses. In the event a document fails to upload to LeadPerfection, the app will send an email to all email addresses listed in Backup Recipients. This email will include the attachment that failed to upload to LeadPerfection, as well as the customer information and a brief description of why it failed to upload.
