Placeholders allow information to populate automatically in your documents and in your document routing settings.

Default Placeholders

SalesPro provides a list of default placeholders you can use through your account. Default placeholders pull information about your customers, users and company info automatically into your documents and routing settings. Placeholders

Custom Placeholders

You can define your own office wide placeholders. Defining your own custom placeholders can be useful when you have multiple templates that contain the same information.
To create a custom placeholder:
  1. Click the button.
  2. In the Placeholder column, type in a unique placeholder.
  3. In the Replacement column, type in the text you would like appear where the placeholder is used in a document.
  4. To save your changes, click .
