ProVia dealers can pull images and product specifications from entryLink to populate the contract or proposal templates.
Account Setup
- In your SalesPro Dashboard, navigate to Settings from the main menu.
- Click Company.
- Click the Integrations tab.
- Toggle on ProVia.
- Enter your entryLink Username and Password.
If you buy directly from ProVia, leave the Portal Login switch OFF. If you buy ProVia products from a distributor, turn the switch ON.

Document Templates
To pull entryLink order information into a SalesPro document, you can either use a template from our library or add a ProVia cell to an existing document. Once a ProVia cell is added to a document, you will be able to simply enter the ProVia entryLink Order Number into the defined cell, and SalesPro will pull in the order’s specifications and related images.
Placeholders
ProVia automatically pulls in the order information when the entryLink order number is entered in the Contract. There are also a number of placeholders that can be used to pull in additional information such as the item tag and order price. See Placeholders for more information.
