Signatures and Initials

Create Signature Container

  1. Open the Cell Tool Drawer using the expand toolbar icon on the right side of the screen.
  2. Drag and drop a Signature Container onto your document. This will create a Signature Container with two Signature captures. One for the customer and one for the customer spouse.

Note: The signatures use the placeholders %customerName%, %customerSpouseName%, and %usersName% to display the names of the customer, customer’s spouse, and the user. The customer’s spouse signature will not show up unless a spouse has been added in the estimate.
