Linking is the process of telling the system what values to pull from the estimate to the Contract, Proposal, or other document type.

14. Signatures and Initials
The Signature cell type is the cell that collects customer signatures directly from the SalesPro app.
15. Total Sale Amount
The Total Sale Amount in the results section can be pulled over from a signed Contract or Proposal. Doing so saves the rep from having to remember exactly what the job sold for and reenter the currency value in the results section.
16. Discount Switches
Because formulas are not able to be used with dynamic cells, we need to use a switch for pricing changes on contracts. The below example is adding a 10% additional fee. Add a Line Item. In the title, add the name of the fee. In this example, “10% Fee.” Change the cell type to “Switched.”
17. Document Placeholders
Placeholders are placed within a document cell to indicate which fields should be pulled from the estimate to the Contract, Proposal, or other document type.
18. Text Formulas
Text Formula Input type allows you to bring information from one body line of your document, over to a different body line inside that document.
