The estimate is the cornerstone of SalesPro. There is no need for manually written specs as SalesPro produces detailed, digital estimates faster and more accurately. This section allows you to enter in customer information or pull appointment information from an integrated CRM. From here, you can add measure sheet items, upcharges, and additional details. Once you’ve filled out the estimate, you can then Result it.

Add or Select a Customer
Manually Add a New Customer
- From the main menu, tap Customers to begin.
- Click Add New in the upper right-hand corner to add a new customer.
- Add the customer’s information.
- Click Save.
Open a Saved Estimate
- From the main menu, tap Customers to begin.
- Tap on the Customer Search field at the top of the screen.
- Type in the name of the customer and tap Search.
- Tap on the customer’s name.
- If you already have an estimate opened, tap Replace to replace the current customer.
Add a Product
Once you’ve added a customer, now you can add your products to the estimate.
- From the main menu, tap Estimates to begin.
- Tap on the Category of the measure sheet item you want to add an item for.
- If you have a standard type category, simply type the quantity of the item on the given line. If you have a drill-down type Category, tap the Add button to add the item.
- Tap on the measure sheet item to access Additional Details and Upcharges.
- To fill out Additional Details, tap Details.
- To add Up=Charges, tap Up-Charges.
- When finished, tap Done.
- Save your estimate by tapping Save.
Resulting the Estimate
You can find the Results section inside of the SalesPro app by looking at the bottom right hand corner of the Estimates tab. Pressing the Results button will open the Results screen where you can select whether the Result of the appointment is a Sale or No-Sale. Both tabs will have a series of inputs that may be required or optional. Defaults for these are typically the Result of the lead, the last price offered/sale amount and any notes about the appointment.
