Kate Ratcliffe leads the fearless charge of Leap’s Strategic Solutions team fostering collaborative and valued partnerships with the industry’s leading organizations and companies. Based in Baltimore, MD, Ratcliffe is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has over 10 years of experience in event management, marketing, communications, and strategic partnerships.

Mark Richardson – Remodeling Advisor, Speaker, & Author

Mark Richardson is highly regarded as a pioneer in developing standards of professionalism in the construction industry. After more than 30 years with Case Design/Remodeling as President and Co-Chairman, one of the leading remodeling organizations in the industry, he is in high demand as a national speaker, advisor, and author. Richardson is a Fellow at Harvard University Joint Center for Housing Studies, lectures at MBA programs, and writes columns for Professional Builder and Professional Remodeler.

Kermit Baker, Ph.D. – Chief Economist of the American Institute of Architects

Based in Washington, D.C., Kermit Baker analyzes business and construction trends for the U.S. economy and examines their impact on AIA members and the architectural profession. Baker was a Senior Research Fellow at the Center and Project Director of the Remodeling Futures Program. Prior to joining the Center, Baker was vice-president and director of the economics department at Reed Business Information where he was responsible for industry forecasting. During his ten years at Reed he developed the Top U.S. Construction Market Report, and served as editor of the Reed Business Information’s Construction Market Forecast newsletter. Baker received his master’s degree in Urban Planning from Harvard University and holds a Ph.D. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the same field. 

Vince Nardo – President of Reborn Cabinets, Inc.

Vince Nardo, President of Reborn Cabinets, has been in the industry since 1989. Mr. Nardo reviewed the company’s history from a small start-up to a $42 million, fast-growing home improvement leader. In recent years, Nardo and his brother Anthony have led the company on an aggressive growth trajectory with a laser focus on sales process and training. Nardo was recognized and awarded in 2019 at the annual “Legends of the Home Improvement Industry.”
