On April 23, we became aware of a system degradation of service during which users were unable to log into SalesPro. This morning, we observed a similar issue, despite users having updated to the most recent version 2.17.1 per earlier instruction.

A server-side resolution was deployed around 11:00 EST today (4/24/2024). If your app version number reads 2.17.1, you will not need to take any additional action. To verify the version number of your SalesPro app, visit the login screen or check the version number in the App Store.

If you’re operating any other version, you will need to update to 2.17.1. It’s recommended that you delete the app, and completely reinstall it from the App Store. If your team uses an MDM, your administrator will need to push version 2.17.1 to all users.

Do this by simply pressing the blue “Update” button from within the App Store.
