Contractors work tirelessly to provide the right products and great services for homeowners across the country. That’s why Leap is dedicated to providing the best platform for contractors to meet their goals and grow their business.
Our products evolve alongside the home improvement industry to meet your specific needs as the market changes. And it’s important to look back on these changes so that we can provide better services moving forward. Leap CEO, Patrick Fingles, sat down with our customers in a recent webinar to do just that. Let’s take a look at how Leap has improved in the past year and what you can expect over the coming months.
Looking Back at Leap’s Recent Growth
The team at Leap has taken a massive step forward over the past year. In fact, this includes the growth of our staff, products, software improvements, and much more.
“We grew our staff by almost 40% as a company,” Patrick said during the webinar. “And a lot of those were leaders that have a lot of experience in technology and software.”
In March of 2022, Leap acquired JobProgress with the vision to create an end-to-end platform for home improvement contractors. And just one year later, we announced the new and improved Leap platform, formerly known as JobProgress, along with our industry-leading sales software, SalesPro.
“Your CRM is really the core of your technology stack,” Patrick noted. “It’s the heartbeat, right? When you think of Leap, you’ll think of our core platform. When you think of SalesPro, you’ll think of that robust sales tool.”
We also introduced a family of products to provide contractors of any size with the resources they need. This includes Leap Team, Leap Enterprise, and SalesPro as an add-on or standalone tool.
“We’ve created this new family of products,” Patrick explained. “We have Leap Team, which is our CRM, production, and product management. And you can add on SalesPro if you’d like to. Leap Enterprise is everything included in Teams. SalesPro is included, and you have fully customizable workflows.”
The Future at Leap
Leap is ready and excited to move forward and provide greater value to contractors than ever before. Moreover, our plans are driven by the feedback we receive from current customers and contractors across the industry.
“I think what you’re going to see over the next 12-to-24 months is going to blow your minds,” Patrick added. “We’re going to develop things way more thoughtfully, and we’re going to engineer them quickly and more reliably. When we think of contractors, regardless of size, our goal is to give them the tools to help them drive higher margin deals, deliver high-quality work on time and under budget.”
We want to support contractors of all sizes, no matter which stage of business growth you are at. This means our tools and products are built to satisfy your specific needs, with various partner integrations available and functionality with a wide range of uses.
