The Guest Speaker
Adam Shampaine is the CEO of Homefix Custom Remodeling, as well as the founder of Installation Services and Pure Finance Group, a consumer finance company.
In 2005, after a five year stint on Capitol Hill, Adam was actively pursuing his lifelong dream of a career in politics when he took a part time job at Homefix Custom Remodeling. Little did he know that job would lead his life in an entirely different direction as a serial entrepreneur with a passion for remodeling. Under his leadership, the company has grown to be a top 20 Remodeling Company in the country while always practicing his central business philosophy: focus on customer experience as the foundation for growth.
In 2014, Adam was named CEO of HCR to unify the company under his ideology, ensuring that HCR operates first and foremost as a customer service centered company.
In 2017, Adam, along with his Partner, Tope Lala, acquired the supply company they had been using since 1990, and together they launched Installation Services, a turnkey install and supply company, as well as a commercial construction company. This venture has scaled to over 40 million in revenue while serving as the foundation of his customer centered business practices.
In 2018, Adam and Tope founded their own finance company, Pure Finance Group, a consumer lending company focused on the remodeling industry.
Adam is always seeking state of the art technologies and hires only highly skilled installers. The combination of these principles has proven to be a sound basis for the explosive growth the company has seen in recent years. The one theme you will see in everything he touches is that people always come first; be it customers, homeowners, employees, partners. His accessibility to all, regardless of his status or title, is what sets him apart from other CEO’s.
Adam is a native to Annapolis, grew up on the Severn River and is currently on Clements Creek, along with his wife Courtney, and their three children: Jacob, Wyatt, and Coco . He currently sits on the Board of Trustees for St. James High School in Hagerstown, MD, as well as Indian Creek School in Crownsville, MD. He is proud to be able to service Annapolis and surrounding areas.
