Leap Privacy Policy 

This privacy policy (“Policy”) discloses the privacy practices for www.leaptodigital.com, jobprogress.com and all other websites associated with Leap, LLC (collectively, the “Websites”). This Policy applies to those who visit our Websites or users of our services and describes our practices regarding the collection, use, processing, storage, disclosure and transfer of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”). It explains how we use, maintain and disclose Personal Data and information that we collect and/or have access to through the course of our business, the choices available to you regarding the use, access and correction of Personal Data, and the securities procedures we have in place to protect your Personal Data and/or its misuse. 

For purposes of this Policy, Personal Data includes:

Personal Data 

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Websites. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Websites and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

We and/or our third-party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. For example, when expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our services, subscribing to marketing or otherwise contacting us, we will collect personal information from you. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time. 

We are the sole owners of the information collected on the Websites. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone for promotional purposes, except as provided herein.   

Non-Personal Information 

Sometimes, we may collect non-personal information about you that is anonymous data. The information we receive is for Leap’s use only and is not disclosed to any other party except in aggregate form. Examples of this information include the length and time of your visit, the pages you looked at on our Websites, the type of Internet Browser you have and the website you visited just before coming to ours. We use this information to develop ideas for improving our Websites and to measure Website activity. This may include sharing it with other companies in the Leap family, our third-party business partners, and/or our third-party business consultants and providers.

Mobile Aware Applications 

Leap offers mobile aware applications that allow individuals to access their Leap accounts, interact with Leap online and receive other information via smartphones and devices. All Personal Data collected by Leap via our mobile applications is protected and processed only by the terms of this Policy.    


Our Websites makes use of “cookie” files to customize information to your personal tastes. A cookie is an element of data that a website can send to your Internet Browser, which may store some information on your computer. Then, when you come back to our Websites or visit other websites, information can be tailored to suit your individual preferences. The goal is to save you time and provide you with a more meaningful online experience. Most Internet Browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Leap may establish relationships with reputable business partners that allow visitors to our Websites to navigate directly to websites operated by these partners. We choose our business partners carefully. However, Leap is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third party websites that may be linked to on these Websites. These links are meant for the user’s convenience only and do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by Leap of the content, policies, or practices of such websites nor any products or services which may be offered through that website. Once you have left the Leap Websites via such a link, you should check the applicable privacy statement of the third party website. 

We are currently using certain third party tools on our Websites and may, in the future, implement additional analytics tools. Data collected as a result of our use of such tools, however, is only used internally to enhance our users’ experience using our Websites and for our own internal business purposes. Such data may be shared with our partners and advertisers, if at all, only as aggregate information and as otherwise specified in this Policy. Please contact us if you have any specific questions regarding our use of analytics or other analytics tools. 

Currently, (i) other parties (e.g. third-party advertising networks and analytics providers) may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Websites or services, and (ii) we do not respond to, or take any specific action in connection with the receipt of, Do-Not-Track signals or other similar mechanisms regarding the collection of Personal Data about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. 


Your Personal Data is one of our valuable assets. It is kept in a secure datacenter and is accessible only to authorized personnel as needed to perform operations governed by this Policy. Please keep in mind that despite these measures, Leap cannot guarantee or warrant 100% security of its servers and databases. Moreover, Leap cannot guarantee that the Personal Data that you submit through the Websites will not be intercepted. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data, transmission of Personal Data to and from our Websites is at your own risk. You should only access the Websites within a secure environment. 

Your Access to and Control Over Information

California Residents

Changes to Privacy Policy 

From time to time, Leap may update this Policy to reflect new or different privacy practices or changes to the law. We will place a notice online when we make material changes to this Policy or the statements contained herein. Additionally, if the changes will materially affect the way we use or disclose previously-collected Personal Data, we will notify impacted individuals about the change by sending a notice to the primary email address associated with the account impacted.
