Bob Shackford from Paramount Builders

Originally from the Kennebunkport, Maine, Bob finished high school and enlisted in the United States Marines in 1985 and served until 1991. From there he worked as a bartender, telemarketer and Deputy Sheriff before finally landing in a field that he fell in love with. He is currently the President of Paramount Builders, Inc. Which is based in Virginia and services Virginia, North Carolina and Florida from one of its 7 locations. He’s been in the Home Improvement industry since 1995. He was a commission only sales rep for years, winning Salesman of the Year for Paramount 7 times before taking a position as a Branch Sales Manager. He was promoted to Regional Sales Vice President, Vice President of Operations from 2007 – 2019 before becoming the President of Paramount. Bob is the qualifier for the company holding commercial, residential and roofing licensees in Florida, North Carolina and Virginia. Due to the massive problems with manufacturing, labor shortages and the challenges it has created in our industry, Bob just recently returned to running Operations for Paramount while the owner took over Sales and Marketing so that the company would maintain a stringent schedule to service their customers in the fastest way.
