[Video] How to Rapidly Scale Your Marketing

The post lockdown comeback is strong and instead of a gradual increase in business, many home improvement contractors are seeing high demand from homeowners for home improvement jobs. There is a unique challenge here. When business is back and there is pent-up demand, you have to shorten your business cycle and get 12 months’ worth of business in the next 6 months to get reach your goal.

In addition to this, contractors across the country are reflecting on consumer trends and determining how to get the attention of consumers quickly through smart marketing and an efficient sales process.

To give us the playbook for scaling and compressing our sales and marketing efforts, we are speaking with one of the most successful leaders in the home improvement industry: Brian Gottlieb.

Brian Gottlieb, Founder and CEO of Tundraland Home Improvements and Renewal by Andersen of Greater Wisconsin, is an inspirational business owner with nearly four decades of experience in sales, marketing, strategy, and business leadership.

In this video, Brian answers your questions! A few of the ones he answers are:

  • Should we see a second wave of COVID where we have the same sort of restrictions, what would you do differently from the start or how would you prepare better knowing what you do now?
  • What can you do in your business to ensure that you are here for the next 20 years?
  • How do you bring people back from working remotely? When is the right time? Should some departments stay remote? How do you bring them back safely?
  • How are you handling the onboarding of new employees and getting them familiar with your company? It’s a challenge not to be able to give them a tour and introduce people face-to-face like we did in a pre-COVID environment.

Brian’s mantra as mentioned in a recent podcast:

“When we look inside ourselves to find out who are we, who are we really, and we apply those principles, that’s when nobody can compete with us and that’s how we built an enormous business.”

Moderating the discussion is Ted Cozel, Brand Ambassador of Socius Marketing. Ted has regular conversations with many of the top home improvement contractors and will bring these conversations to this webinar.
